Are you concerned with how your matter was handled?
If your HaDSCO complaint has been closed, you can ask for an internal review if you believe there was a problem with how we handled it.
An internal review is not for reconsidering your complaint because you disagree with the outcome. It looks at specific concerns about how HaDSCO handled your complaint, such as whether we followed the correct process or legislation, considered relevant information, or communicated appropriately.
To request an internal review, please email
mail@hadsco.wa.gov.au
and tell us what you believe went wrong with the way your complaint was handled.
The review will be completed by a senior officer who was not involved in the original decision. We aim to complete the review within 20 working days.
If you remain unhappy after a complaint or internal review, you may be able to complain to the Ombudsman Western Australia. We will explain any further review options when we give you our decision.
