Indian Ocean Territories

HaDSCO deals with complaints about health, disability and mental health services in Western Australia and the Indian Ocean Territories. Our service is free and available to everyone.

The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) (Opis Mengkomplen untuk Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Pelayanan Orang Cacat dan Pelayanan Kesehatan Mental) melayani komplen mengenai kesehatan, kecacat dan kesehatan mental di Australia Barat dan di Teritori Lautan Hindia. Pelayanan kami adalah percuma (free) untuk semua orang.

Pejabat Aduan Perkhidmatan Kesihatan dan Kelainan Upaya (HaDSCO) menangani aduan tentang perkhidmatan kesihatan, kelainan upaya dan kesihatan mental di Australia Barat dan Wilayah Lautan Hindi. Perkhidmatan kami adalah percuma dan tersedia untuk semua orang.

 

Sometimes patients are unhappy with the service they receive. Usually talking to the service provider directly will get the problem fixed.

Terkadang pasien tak berpuas hati dengan pelayanan yang mereka dapat. Biasanya bila bercakap dengan pelayanan yang bersangkutan langsung masalah akan selesai.

Kadangkala, pesakit tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang diterima. Lazimnya, bercakap dengan pembekal perkhidmatan secara langsung akan menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

HaDSCO is an independent Statutory Authority offering an impartial resolution service for complaints relating to health, disability and mental health services to the Indian Ocean Territories as part of a Service Delivery Arrangement with the Australian Government.

Services provided by the HaDSCO in the IOT are delivered in partnership with the Australian Government, through Commonwealth funding support.

 

Do you need an interpreter?

HaDSCO uses the Australian Government’s Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). Please let us know which language you need and we will organise an interpreter at no cost to you. Alternatively, you can call TIS National on 131 450 and arrange for them to contact us. You also have the option to request a male or female interpreter.
