The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office collects information from private, public and not-for-profit organisations every year through its Data Collection Program.

 

The Office publishes two reports, on health and disability, which provide an in-depth analysis of the external complaints trends.

 

The latest Disability Services Data Collection Report 2015-16 to 2020-21 is now available to download here.
