Almost 15,000 people attended the event and participated in over 200 free activities and information stalls. It was wonderful to meet so many people and receive feedback on our services. It’s important for us to connect with our community members and inform them of their right to safe and ethical healthcare. If you are unhappy with the healthcare you have received, you can make a complaint here.

  • Youth Action Plan Launch
Youth Action Plan Launch 17 October 2024 Last week we attended the launch of the Department of Communities WA Youth Action Plan. This three-year plan will deliver initiatives for young people across the state who are aged between 10 and 25. More than 2,200 young people were consulted to shape this plan and the most frequent issues were developed into six focus areas. These focus areas are: Amplifying young voices Climate action Achieving goals Cost of living Embracing diversity and inclusion. We are excited to contribute to this plan and to continue connecting with young people across the state. The launch of the plan provided us the opportunity to remind the young people in attendance that they have the right to safe and ethical health support. Read the full plan here.
