    Cook Government protects unregulated health practitioners 01 August 2023 The Cook Government has introduced a Code of Conduct for healthcare workers who are not required to be registered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Examples of healthcare workers covered by the new Code of Conduct include dieticians, doulas, speech pathologists, social workers, counsellors, naturopaths, massage therapists and other types of allied, alternative and community health services.   • Raising hope - Kieran rides it out for mental health awareness
    Raising hope - Kieran rides it out for mental health awareness 13 July 2023 Congratulations to our Manager Business Services Kieran Beard for his efforts to raise awareness and funds for the Black Dog Institute’s Cycle60 Challenge. The Cycle60 Challenge represents people who need mental health support, but do not seek help, and Kieran made the top three fundraisers list out of 119 cyclists. He rode an hour a day for the month of June, clocking up more than 900kms and demonstrated incredible support for a worthy cause. The Black Dog Institute team also visited HaDSCO to present information on self-care, resilience and providing support to teammates.
